2014 Teen Summer Reading Program Rules

 

Spark a Reaction is open to teens ages 13-17 who have  a Rainbow City Public Library Card in good standing.

 

Complete the Spark a Reaction Registration Form and return it to the library between May 12 and June 30, 2014, to receive a contest entry form, and bookmark.

Then enter for a chance to win one of several prizes:

Read at least three Rainbow City Public Library books between May 12 and July 23, 2014.

Complete a Spark a Reaction contest entry form for a chance to win one of several prizes.

Return your contest entry form to the designated Spark a Reaction location by 7:00pm on Wednesday, July 23, 2014.

You may submit additional entry forms every time you read 3 additional books, but you may win only once.  Additional contest entry forms are available upon request.

Winners will be contacted on or after July 24th.
